The Master's Thesis Work Fair
In cooperation with KFH and BTH we are proud to announce the master’s thesis work fair, hosted the 13th of October in the centercourt of NKT Arena during Blekinge’s largest business fair Näringslivsdagen (http://www.näringslivsdagen.se/). The master’s thesis work fair is at 13:15–15:45 and gives you the opportunity to mingle and network with companies looking for students writing their master’s thesis in the spring of 2018.
ENTRANCE IS FREE – The master’s thesis fair gives you the chance to meet representatives from multinational corporations creating contacts that will benefit you throughout your entire career. This is a great opportunity to discuss your ideas directly with the companies. Frequently asked questions and the companies perspective on master’s thesis work will be handled during a 45 minute panel discussion.
PANEL DISCUSSION – Telenor, Volvo, Outpost24, NKT and EBP will discuss master thesis work and present their experiences regarding its challenges, benefits, and opportunities in a 45 minute panel discussion. The panel will be led by Tobias Larsson, Chaired Professor at Blekinge Institute of Technology.
FREE TRANSPORT – StudentRegion Blekinge is kind enough to sponsor buses between Campus Gräsvik and Näringslivsdagen making it possible to attend the entire fair for free. A CONCEPT KNOWN TO WORK – The 21th of october 2015 is the date of Rosenbom’s first master’s thesis work fair and the 14th of october 2016 was the second one. In cooperation with KFH we did a pilot fair where hundreds of students mingled and networked with Ericsson, ABB, Roxtec, Cybercom, Karlskrona municipality, Flextronics, Sigma and Quant. The second time we moved in the fair to Näringslivsdagarna with over 200 students mingled with Volvo, Telenor, Outpost24, Karlskrona kommun, Contribe, Techtank, Quant, Orbit One, City Network, Visit Karlskrona, Stora Enso Papper and Affärsverken, which resulted in 21 master thesis projects and 36 students involved in them.
